The Eye Care Team Central Texas Veterinary Eye Care is staffed by Dr. Laura Barnes. Dr. Barnes acquired her DVM from Ross University. She completed a 1 year internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Saskatchewan and an ophthalmology internship at the University of Missouri. She has come to Austin most recently from Columbia, Missouri, where she completed a three year residency in Comparative Veterinary Ophthalmology at the University of Missouri. Dr. Barnes specializes in all aspect of Veterinary Ophthalmology. She will practice out of our Austin South location.
