Beginning Monday, July 13 at 7 a.m., Chisholm Trail will be closed between RM 620 and Sunset Drive for approximately three weeks to allow crews to install water utilities as part of the RM 620 Roundabout project. During this time, through traffic will be detoured to the northbound and southbound I-35 frontage roads and Sunset Drive to access Chisholm Trail to the north. Please see the attached detour map for further details. This work is expected to be complete in early August, weather permitting.
The RM 620 Roundabout project will add overpasses at Chisholm Trail and Lake Creek Drive, construct a roundabout on Chisholm Trail at RM 620, widen lanes, add frontage roads, and improve bicycle and pedestrian paths.
