Dr. Krista Adamovich grew up in Westchester County, New York. She attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology. She graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. After veterinary school, Dr. Adamovich completed a year-long rotating internship in surgery, internal and emergency medicine at the University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical Center. She then completed her surgical residency at the University of California-Davis. Dr. Adamovich joined the surgery service at CTVSEH in 2013. Since 2013, Dr. Adamovich has published three scientific journal articles and written two textbook chapters in the field of veterinary surgery.
