Dr. Roxanna Khorzad attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for her undergraduate work in molecular biology. She went on to earn her DVM in 2008 graduating from Western University of Health Sciences in California. She completed a one-year rotating internship and a three-year Emergency/Critical Care residency at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston, MA.  Before joining CTVSEH in 2018, she worked as a staff veterinarian at Angell since completing her residency.  Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends, horseback riding, wine tasting, and hiking with her rescue dog.
